Olliveli, Willowbridge tenant occupation certificate

I was givent the job of drawing up an occupations certificate for the Olivelli shop in Willowbridge from a given plan. I had to remove unecessary information adn draw and additional diagrammatic section.

Durbanville Bowling Club

The  Durbanville Bowling Club is planning in new additions to their club house once the get the funds. They are planning on adding an additional bathroom to their building. I was given the job of measuring up the necessary parts of the existing building, and to create a new drawing showing the new additions to the building.

Cape Eye Hospital

My boss Frikkie and his assistant Brian have been working on renovations and additions to the Cape Eye Hospital for the past while. They asked me to do a simple bathroom layout (with the so far known specifications) for both the ground and the first floor.

Canal Walk occupation certificate

This is project I have been busy with between jobs. Canal Walk requires all their tenants in their centre to obtain occupation certificates for their stores. It consists of a simple plan and diagrammital section showing all the details regarding fire safety, ceiling hights, basic dimensions, ventilation and area of the store.

I did occupation certificates for Inglot, La Senza, and the Green Cross store.

Foot Gear, St George's Mall, Cape Town

Last week Thursday, the 2nd of July, Frikkie and I drove to town to measure up an existing shop in St George's Mall that is to be converted into a Foot Gear store. The Owner of the Foot Gear store wanted us to measure up and draw a plan of the retail area so that he could decide where he wants to place his shelving. He also wanted us to put in partitioning in certain areas for an office and store rooms.

Once he was happy with this floor plan he wanted us to do a drawing of the possible shelving layout. The shelving consists of 500mm deep free standing shelvs alont the walls, and 915mm x 915mm display units placed around the retail area.
